International Travel Grant 2024-25 for Faculty members of IIT Indore

Instructions

  • It is requested to the applicant to kindly fill basic information in the application form.
  • Applicants are requested to mention "Objective of the proposed collaboration" and "Benefits of this collaboration for the institute, faculty members and students". A brief about the program schedule for the visit along with detailed information of the counterpart university/institute and contact details of the coordinator. Travel plan may be uploaded with dates, places and duration of stay during the visit as per approved norms of the institute as mentioned in the flyer under International Travel Grant 2024-25.
  • Application will be in 2 rounds:
    • Round-1 (Application Open: July 15, 2024, Application Close: September 15, 2024)
    • Round-2 (Application Open: October 15, 2024, Application Close: December 15, 2024)
  • It is requested that Air Tickets to be booked from any one of the travel agency:
    • M/s. Balmer Lawrie & Company Ltd.
    • M/s. Ashoka Travels and Tours
    • IRCTC
