Mobility Grant 2024-25 for Faculty members of IIT Indore


For International MoU Coordinators
Instructions:

  1. Fill out general details
  2. Provide details of MoU(s) and the activity(ies) conducted. Activities of each MoU (if more than one MoU) need to be provided in separate sections
  3. Providing details of at least one MoU is mandatory.
  4. Details of activities conducted under more than one MoU (if any)needs to be provided in separate sections.
  5. Applicants are required to upload a document (separately for each MoU in respective sections, if applicable) regarding the activity(ies) organized under the categories (as per the proposed activities mentioned in the program brochure), including date of commencement (report/schedule), impact on the institute and necessary details etc. Please provide images/photos pertaining to the activity(ies) conducted, wherever applicable.
  6. Type of activities organized under this MoU:
  7. Bilateral research grants; Interactive sessions with the faculty members from both the institutions; Exchange of UG/PG/PhD students and/or faculty members; Online/offline talks and webinars; Conferences and workshops; Joint Co-supervision of PhD students; and any other activities.
  8. Declaration and tentative program schedule along with guidelines planned during the visit towards utilizing mobility grant 2024-25 fields are mandatory.
  9. The committee will evaluate the applications and recommend on a merit basis for the award of Mobility Grant.
  10. Application open date: July 15, 2024, Application end date: December 15, 2024.
